1. Scope

This policy applies to the PixelPlan application, PixelPlan widgets, and the related PixelPlan support and legal pages. It does not override the privacy policies of Apple, RevenueCat, your email provider, or other third-party services you choose to use with the app.

2. Information We Process

Depending on how you use PixelPlan, the app may process the following categories of information:

  • Task and planning data you create, such as titles, notes, categories, due dates, completion state, recurrence settings, XP rewards, and related quest metadata.
  • Progression and customization data, such as level, streaks, Gold balance, total completed tasks, active theme, unlocked themes, active hero, unlocked heroes, and hero progression.
  • Widget snapshot data stored for your widgets, such as remaining quests, top categories, streak count, next quest, and active hero details.
  • Purchase and subscription information made available through Apple and RevenueCat, such as current offerings, entitlement status, subscription state, and purchase restoration results.
  • Support communications you send directly to us by email, including the contents of your message and any information you choose to include.

PixelPlan does not require you to create a separate PixelPlan account to use the core app experience.

3. How We Use Information

We use information only as needed to provide and support PixelPlan. This includes:

  • Saving your tasks and productivity progress.
  • Displaying dashboard, calendar, stats, hero, shop, and widget views.
  • Syncing data across supported Apple devices when CloudKit sync is available.
  • Delivering local notifications for due quests or streak reminders if you allow notifications.
  • Managing PixelPlan Pro subscription status and restoring purchases.
  • Responding to support requests, troubleshooting issues, and improving the reliability of the app.

4. Storage, Sync, and Widgets

PixelPlan uses local on-device storage through SwiftData for the core app database. Where CloudKit is available and enabled in your Apple environment, PixelPlan may sync supported app data using Apple's iCloud infrastructure.

Widget data is written to a shared app group on your device so PixelPlan widgets can show snapshot information such as remaining quests, streaks, categories, and your active hero. This widget snapshot is intended only to support the widget experience.

If CloudKit is unavailable, PixelPlan may fall back to local-only storage.

5. Purchases and Subscriptions

PixelPlan Pro subscription billing is processed through Apple. PixelPlan uses RevenueCat to manage subscription offerings, entitlement checks, and purchase restoration. We do not directly process raw payment card information.

When you purchase, restore, or manage PixelPlan Pro, Apple and RevenueCat may process subscription-related metadata according to their own policies and agreements.

6. Tracking Permission on iOS

On iOS, PixelPlan may request permission under Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. If this prompt appears and you decline, tracking permission is not granted. If you allow tracking, that permission may be used for limited campaign measurement and subscription attribution purposes.

We do not sell your personal information. Any tracking-related processing remains subject to Apple's platform rules and the third-party services involved.

7. Sharing and Disclosures

We share information only when needed to operate the app or when required by law. This may include:

  • Apple, for iCloud/CloudKit sync, Apple billing, and platform-level services.
  • RevenueCat, for subscription management, entitlement state, and purchase restoration.
  • Email providers or support tools involved in receiving or answering your support requests.
  • Authorities or other parties where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the service.

8. Retention

Local app data generally remains on your device until you delete it, remove the app, or clear related synced data through your Apple environment. Cloud-synced data may remain in iCloud until deleted according to Apple's systems and your account settings. Support emails may be retained as reasonably necessary to respond, document support interactions, and meet legal obligations.

9. Your Choices

  • You can manage notification permissions in your device settings.
  • You can manage App Tracking Transparency permission in iOS settings, if applicable.
  • You can manage subscriptions through your Apple account settings.
  • You can contact us at dev.metehancanpolat@gmail.com if you have privacy questions or want help locating or deleting information under our control.

10. Children's Privacy

PixelPlan is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information through support communications, please contact us so we can review the situation.

11. Changes and Contact

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice inside the app or on this website.
