1. The Service
PixelPlan is a productivity app that lets you manage tasks, recurring plans, quest-style rewards, hero progression, widgets, and visual customization features. Some functionality may vary by device, operating system version, region, and the availability of Apple services.
2. License and Eligibility
Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PixelPlan for your personal, non-commercial use. You must use PixelPlan in compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.
3. Your Content and Responsibilities
You are responsible for the tasks, notes, and other content you create in PixelPlan. You agree not to use PixelPlan to store or transmit unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive material. You are also responsible for keeping your device and Apple account access secure.
4. PixelPlan Pro Subscriptions
- PixelPlan Pro is offered through Apple In-App Purchase.
- Prices, trial availability, billing periods, and renewal terms are shown in the purchase flow before you confirm payment.
- Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account before the renewal date.
- Subscription management, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms and policies.
- PixelPlan uses RevenueCat to load offerings, verify entitlement status, and restore eligible purchases.
5. Gold, Heroes, and Themes
PixelPlan may include virtual rewards and unlocks such as Gold, hero skins, and visual themes. These are digital features of the service only. They:
- Have no cash value.
- Cannot be redeemed for money or transferred outside the app.
- May depend on your local app data and supported sync state.
PixelPlan Pro may be required to purchase certain premium heroes or themes with in-app Gold. Once eligible content is unlocked inside the app, continued access may still depend on your saved app data, compatible app versions, and the technical limits of Apple's ecosystem.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to the app or related systems, except where allowed by law.
- Use PixelPlan in a way that damages, disables, or impairs the service.
- Exploit bugs or payment flows to gain unauthorized access to subscriptions or unlocks.
- Misrepresent your identity when contacting support or filing abuse reports.
7. Intellectual Property
PixelPlan, including its software, branding, art direction, visual assets, interface design, and written materials, is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
8. Availability and Updates
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue some or all parts of PixelPlan at any time. We may also change feature availability, visual unlock structures, or compatibility requirements where reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or permanent availability of every feature.
9. Disclaimers
PixelPlan is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. While we aim to provide a reliable experience, we do not guarantee that the app will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every purpose. PixelPlan is a productivity tool and is not a substitute for professional, financial, legal, medical, or emergency services.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metehan Can Polat will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to your use of PixelPlan. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Termination
You may stop using PixelPlan at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to PixelPlan or certain features if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if necessary to protect the service, users, or our rights.
12. Governing Law
Except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law rules. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the laws of your place of residence.
