1. About destinAI

destinAI ("the App") is an AI-powered interactive life simulation application developed for iOS. The App uses Google's Gemini AI to generate fictional narrative content based on your choices. All stories, characters, and events generated within the App are entirely fictional and do not represent real people, places, or events.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

destinAI offers optional premium subscriptions that unlock unlimited access and additional features. The following terms apply to all subscription plans:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at the time of purchase confirmation.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings under Subscriptions.
• Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not provide a refund for the current billing period.
• Pricing is displayed in your local currency and may vary by region as determined by Apple.
• Free daily credits are provided to non-premium users on a calendar-day basis and do not roll over.

3. Free Tier

Without a premium subscription, you may access one (1) free story generation per calendar day. Free credits reset daily at midnight (local time). Unused credits do not accumulate.

4. Use of AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate narrative content. By using destinAI, you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may occasionally be unexpected, surprising, or emotionally intense — this is intentional and part of the simulation experience.
• All generated content is fictional. Any resemblance to real people or events is coincidental.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or consistency of AI-generated content.
• You must be 17 years of age or older to use this App, as rated on the App Store.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of the App or its AI systems.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Share or redistribute AI-generated content in a manner that misrepresents it as factual.
• Use the App in a way that violates Apple's App Store Guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App — including its design, code, name, logo, and user interface — are owned exclusively by destinAI. AI-generated narrative content is ephemeral and we make no ownership claims over individual story outputs.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

destinAI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your expectations. Use of the App is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, destinAI and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
